Privacy Policy
Sign-in keeps your provider id, name, email and sign-in times; the server keeps access logs for 15 days.

What the site keeps
When you sign in with Google, Discord, Twitch or Steam, the site keeps on its server the provider's account id, your display name there, the email address the provider returns (Steam returns none) and whether the provider verified it, and the times of your first and latest sign-in. It keeps these to recognize your account, to contact you about it, and to show your name beside the comments, screenshots and builds you publish.
Your browser keeps your saved builds, your map view and a home page preference in its own storage, where you can clear them.
Corrections, bug reports and suggestions go through vote.ms2db.com; this site does not store them.
Analytics
Every page loads Google Analytics and PostHog. They record the pages you view with a random identifier kept in your browser and receive no name or account.
Assistant apps
When you use this site's app in ChatGPT or another assistant, the assistant sends this site the tool it calls and that tool's inputs: a search phrase, a section and entry name, a language, a map category and a result position. The site uses them only to answer that request and does not store them. The request carries no account, so the site cannot tie it to you.
Server logs and retention
Every request, an assistant app's included, is recorded in the web server's access log: the sending address, the time, the requested path, the response status and size, the referring page and the client name. Access logs are deleted after 15 days.
